The hebrew text appears at the bottom of each verse. The translator considers that the current version is still far from satisfactory, and will receive comments and corrections with gratitude.

The Martinist degree of Unknown Sage (Sage Inconnu) is rarely practiced today. It can be traced to the Countess Amelie de Boisse-Mortemart. Only a few Martinist Groups have the old Rituals and the particular lineage necessary to perform it validly. Those who had the priviledge to be accepted in that degree will welcome the publication of this document, which is specially recommanded for study in that degree.
